The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. This timer helps you implement the technique to improve focus and productivity.

How to Use:

  1. Set your desired Work Time and Break Time in minutes (defaults are 25 and 5).
  2. Click the "Start" button to begin the first work interval.
  3. The timer will count down. When the work interval ends, a break interval will automatically start (and vice-versa).
  4. Click the "Stop" button at any time to pause the timer. Click "Start" again to resume.
